Negotiation and commercial disputes

Daniel's work combines advice on agreements and business relationships with representation when disputes arise. The firm's practice serves clients including companies, financial institutions, insurers, pension funds and private individuals.

The appropriate approach depends on the objective, documents and position of the other parties. A negotiated agreement and court proceedings are considered in that context, rather than as automatic alternatives with predetermined outcomes.

Professional directory

Daniel Zahavi is listed as mr. D. D. Zahavi in the April 2026 membership directory of the Curaçao Bar Association, on page 33. The directory identifies ZL Attorneys and its Pos Cabai office address. This reference concerns that directory listing; representation in another jurisdiction must be assessed separately.

Working with ZL Attorneys

An initial discussion identifies the issue, any deadlines and the proposed scope of assistance. For business matters, it is helpful to explain the ownership, operations and commercial objective. For a dispute, prepare a brief timeline and the key documents.
